Hmm, heres a tutorial on basic stuff. Its about proportions and has some of the stuff i wish i new when starting to draw. Honestly its a bit half baked but i think it has a few usefull points. This is just how i think everything is layed out. If you believe something to be wrong or you have a better method please point it out to me (i could probably use it myself lol).
p.s. If u used my tut and put something up feel free to mention me but u dont have to.
Lol this is RIGHT up my alley..........and if u dont mind one thing i gotta tell u.....shoulder to elbow is the SAME as elbow to wrist, also hip to knee is the same as knee to foot. Other wise its good!
I wish I'd known some of this when I first started learning to draw, I probably wasted a whole year because of my ignorance of basics. I see that your model is drawn on a 5-head canon, suitable for most anime characters, but you should think about making one with a 7-head canon which is also very common. Useful tutorial for someone with problems when it comes to poses especially.
good tips but in my drawing what did you mean Also when drawing anime the entire eyes is rarely drawn. Its usually composed of two primary lines one on top slanting down or up (dpeends on expression) and the one on bottom almost always slightly slanted up can you give me an example
Have a great time everyone and please fav this article so as many people can see the featured works. I would recommend seeing each one and faving them too.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
